Tour program:

Day 1
9 am – Arrival at the railway station by train from Moscow/ Saint-Petersburg. Meeting, getting to know the tour guides, getting inside the SUV.
Breakfast at the city hotel (buffet).

10 am – Departure from Petrozavodsk en route: Petrozavodsk-Kondopoga.

12.30 pm – Visiting Kivach Reserve, the Museum of Karelian Nature, Kivach Waterfall.

2 pm – Lunch at the lodge or picnic in the wild.

3 pm – Intro briefing on the basics of driving SUVs and local road safety. Guided trial drive. Special Sandy Sprint section, driving along the marked track in a sand quarry. Passing the route: trial driving, stopwatch driving, identifying leaders (group tours). A linear section along Lake Palozero. Driving along the abandoned runway. Overview of the ancient (operating) Girvas HEP built in the 1930s on Pionerny canal of the River Suna.

7 pm – Departure to the lodge.

7.30 pm – Arrival at the lodge. Accommodation in cottages and rooms.

8-9 pm – Dinner.

10 pm – midnight – Steam bath. Barbecue on the bank of Lake Sundozero. Fish smoking masterclass.

Day 2
9 am – Breakfast at the lodge.

10 am – Departure en route: Shushki village – Girvas village – Krasnaya Rechka village – Yurkostrov village – Spasskaya Guba village –Nelgmozero village – Vatchela village.

Girvas Volcano. Special stone trial section, a ford across the River Suna. Por-Porog Waterfall manually cut in the rocks for timber transportation. Going across the asphalt section to Spasskaya Guba village.

2 pm – rest stop, picnic in the wild, on the shore of Lake Vyatchelskoe.
Driving along wood roads, passing tough sections. Along the way, you will see many small Karelian no-name lakes with crystal-clear water.
Arriving in Petrozavodsk, Dining in the city restaurant. Getting SUV tour award certificates.

8 pm – Departure by train to Moscow/St. Petersburg.
